OVERVIEW OF ME/CFS: THEORY AND TREATMENT
DIET & NUTRITION
Diet and nutrition play an important role in maintaining good health. Overly processed foods can cause harmful inflammation. Many people with ME/CFS move toward a plant-based, whole grain diet and restrict intake of sugar and alcohol.
EXERCISE
Educated movement is a key piece in increasing energy. Few seem to improve without the careful implementation of an exercise program.
